Practical information

Our comfortable rooms are all equipped with modern beds, private bath and toilet as well as TV and free Wi-Fi. Our rooms are available in three versions: single room, double room or room with bunk beds for 3-4 people.

Availability:

Although our buildings are not particularly handicap-friendly, we often have visits from institutions and associations where the guests are wheelchair users, those with walking difficulties, visually impaired, etc. We have 12 rooms that are particularly suitable for wheelchair users, and where the toilet conditions are extra good. At the hostel we have various ramps and a lift that can be used with the help of the staff.

Transport to the hostel:

Our hostel is centrally located in Svendborg, close to the city’s approach roads and motorway. It is therefore easy to get to the hostel by car. If you use public transport, we are 15 minutes away. walk from Svendborg station, from where there are bus connections and trains to Odense. Next to the station you will find Svendborg Harbor, from where you have ferry connections to a large number of the islands in the southern Fyn Archipelago. If you are on a hike, the Øhavstien takes you through Svendborg and close to the hostel. If you are on a cycle tour, we are very centrally located in relation to both the Baltic Sea, Herregård and Funen Round routes.

Parking:

There is the possibility of free parking in the hostel’s own car park; however there are a limited number of spaces. There is an entrance to the parking via Nannasvej.
Public parking is available in the immediate vicinity.

Charging stands:

The hostel has 6 of its own charging points for charging the guests’ electric cars.
The charging station spaces may only be used by the hostel’s guests. If our guests need to use a charging stand and there are none available, please contact reception.
